Red Cross hoping you'll drive up and donate

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)- The East Tennessee chapter of the American Red Cross is holding an event to raise funds for those impacted by Superstorm Sandy.

On Monday, from 7:00 a.m. until 6 p.m., you can drive up to the Red Cross chapter at 6921 Middlebrook Pike in West Knoxville, and make a donation.

The Red Cross is only asking for monetary donations at this time.

At the Drive-Thru & Drop-Off will be local celebrities like members of the Ice Bears and Pro Bass Master Ott DeFoe.

Food will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
