KNOXVILLE, Tenn.(WVLT)--Knoxville Police are on the lookout for the man who robbed the Dollar General on Clinton Highway Tuesday evening.
Police say the robber is a white man, about 6'2'' with a medium frame. He was wearing a black ski mask, tan flannel shirt and a black hoodie with a white t-shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
Witnesses say the man had a knife when he came into the store. He jumped the counter, grabbed the cashier and forced him to open the cash register.
The robber grabbed the cash and took off down Inskip.
