Crimetracker: Scott County traffic stop leads to major drug bust

SCOTT COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) --- Five people are now behind bars for manufacturing meth after a traffic stop sparks an investigation.

On Monday Oneida police pulled over three men; Robert Jeffers, Mickey Reisden and George Strunk. The three were arrested for buying the ingredients used to make meth.

Information obtained in the car led them to Reisden's house and two more arrests, Mikel Shockley and Fallan Frogge.

A third person, Rick Judy escaped the home and is on the run.

Deputies with Scott County Sheriff's found two meth labs during the investigation and uncovered the identities of 8 people who were buying sudafedrine for the operation.
