JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - Divers have recovered the body of 21 year-old David Cauizalez, who was reported missing at the Cherokee Dam Sunday evening.
An official with the Jefferson Co. Rescue squad, said his body was found around 8:20 p.m., just over an hour after rescuers were called to a designated swimming area. The body was in about 10 feet of water.
His body was taken to Jefferson County Memorial Hospital for an autopsy. Police are investigating what happened.
