SEVIER COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The snow came in hard and fast, then melted even quicker.

The higher elevations of Sevier County got a measurable amount of precipitation Thursday evening. By Friday afternoon, most of the snow was melted and the roads were clear.

Local 8 News reporter Kyle Grainger spent two days travelling around the county, checking the weather. See the slide show of the pictures he shot.
