THP enforcing "no refusal" over Thanksgiving holiday

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Tennessee Highway Patrol is working with local authorities to enforce their "No Refusal" campaign to cut down on impaired driving over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The "No Refusal" law lets officers get blood samples in cases involving suspected impaired drivers.
