Crimetracker: "Unlawful Photography" lands man in jail

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A man has been arrested after a woman reported a cell phone being placed beneath her stall. Police say that investigation lead to more charges.

Sevierville Police say they were called to the Wilderness Riverlodge. Security video allegedly showed Jonathan Lewis, 28, of Kodak entering and leaving the women’s restroom.

Lewis, was charged with Unlawful Photography, but after more investigating police say they found at least one picture of a minor of a sexual nature. He was also charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

Lewis is also charged with Tampering With Evidence because detectives say he allegedly erased one or more photos from his cell phone.

Lewis was booked into the Sevier County Jail after the arrest.
