NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Tennessee Dept. of Veterans of Affairs is teaming up with Walters State Community College and the Knoxville Homeless Reintegration Project to reach out to veterans in Hamblen, Cocke, and Jefferson Counties.
Representatives from all three organizations will be on hand at the Wellington Place Assisted Living Center, 375 Hedrick Drive, in Newport, to answer questions about benefits, entitlements, and disability compensation claims.
The event is scheduled for January 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST
