Volapalooza brings the community together
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)- U.T. students help celebrate the upcoming end to the school year with a big party...the tenth annual Volapalooza.
Big name acts like Ziggy Marley and Three 6 Mafia took to the stage as Thompson Boling Arena hosted hundreds of students and anyone else who wanted to buy a ticket.
U.T. students are the ones who put the event together...and say it's their way to help create memories.
One of the planners, Brandi Panter, hopes the mix of music...rock to reggae...brought together people who normally wouldn't hand out.
