Woman, child hit in parking lot

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A woman and child are recovering at Park West Medical Center Friday evening after getting hit in the parking lot of a West Knoxville Store.
The Knoxville Fire Department says the pair were hit in the parking lot of Party City on Kingston Pike. They were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
