Omega-3 Fats Could Help Prevent Heart Disease

We don't hear about those "good" fats, or Omega-3 fats, too often, but now researchers say the fats may help protect you from heart disease, dementia and inflammation, that can lead to rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes and cancer.

Researchers are now finding the differences in benefits seen in recent studies may reflect differences between Omega-3 fats, as well as their interaction with other fats.
