Increasing your time in an effort to stay fit

Knoxville (WVLT) - Staying fit may require hitting the gym more than 30 minutes a day.

A new set of guidelines recommends getting 50 minutes of exercise a day to lose weight and keep it off.

Previous estimates had recommended that a half of hour of physical activity every day was enough.
