Men should run to maintain strong bones

Knoxville (WVLT) - Men who want to keep their bones strong may want to start running.

New research shows running seems to have bigger benefits for bone mass than strength training.

The findings suggest athletes involved in low-impact sports like swimming and cycling should include high impact activities to their workouts.
