Knoxville (WVLT) - When it comes to walking, 100 is the magic number.

According to researchers, walkers should aim for a pace of 100 steps per minute to ensure their workout is intense enough.

Experts recommend that adults get at least 30 minutes of moderate activity, five times a week.
