Chewing gum may cut your craving for snacks.

Knoxville (WVLT) - Chewing gum may cut your craving for snacks.

Researchers found that people who chewed sugarless gum ate fewer snacks and shaved 40 calories off what they ate between meals.

The participants also said they had good energy levels and felt less drowsy in the afternoon.
