New research shows certain foods may make quitting smoking a little easier.
Researchers at Duke University interviewed more than 200 smokers and discovered that fruits, vegetables, milk, and juice can worsen the taste of cigarettes.
Right now, they are trying to figure out why these foods and drinks change the taste.
In the study, caffeine and alcohol were linked to making cigarettes taste better.
