Knoxville (WVLT) - A 20-year study has found men who get enough dairy are at substantially lower risk for diabetes and heart disease.
The data shows drinking at least 16 ounces of milk a day makes men 62 percent less likely to develop health conditions, such as high blood pressure.
But doctors caution, people shouldn't consume large amounts of dairy products and should instead incorporate it as part of a balanced diet.
