Study: More veggies don’t mean more benefits

Knoxville (WVLT) - Healthy diet and exercise may help women survive breast cancer, but eating more than five daily servings of fruits and vegetables doesn't offer extra benefit.

The disappointing finding comes from a seven year study of more than 3,000 women successfully treated for early breast cancer.

Researchers say the study showed no added breast cancer survival benefit from adding extra servings of fruits and vegetables.
