Refund Offered For Diet Drug

If you or someone you know purchased Xenadrine EFX between February 2002 and May 2006, you can sign up for refund.

The Federal Trade Commission is accepting refund requests from August 6th until September 15th.

The FTC alleges that Xenadrine EFX was advertised with false and unsubstantiated weight loss claims.

Officials settled with marketers and now you can sign up for a refund of your money.
