(CBS) -- There's another reason to steer clear of junk food.
Harvard researchers followed more than 120,000 people over several years and found that even one bag of potato chips a day could result in more than a pound and a half of additional weight every four years. Other pound packing culprits are sugary beverages and processed and unprocessed meats.
Doctors say eating vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains and yogurt, plus staying active is the best way to keep fit.
