Get Fit Friday: De-stress with yoga

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Getting ready for the holidays can be stressful for anyone; between in-laws, shopping, lines and traffic. Even calm people are pushed to their limit. However, yoga could be the answer to your holiday stress.

Pam from the Wellness Center at Dowell Springs says it's not just yoga but concentrating on your breathing that helps the most.

It's a way to slow down and take some time for yourself during this busy time of year.

If you're interested in trying yoga for free you can! The Wellness Center at Dowell Springs is having a beginners workshop for free on Saturday December 11th from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
