MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Senator Larry Craig is continuing his fight to withdraw his guilty plea in connection with an arrest in an airport men's room sex sting.
He's appealing to the Minnesota Court of Appeals in St. Paul, less than two weeks after a judge rejected his request, saying his guilty plea was "accurate, voluntary and intelligent" and "supported by the evidence."
The Republican lawmaker pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in August after he was accused of soliciting sex in a bathroom at a Minneapolis airport.
