Third death reported in Trousdale Co., pushing Tenn. toll to 33

LAFAYETTE, Tenn. (AP) -- State emergency officials are reporting another fatality in Trousdale County from storms and tornadoes.

The total number of deaths in Tennessee has increased to 33, including three in Trousdale County and 14 in Macon County, about 60 miles northeast of Nashville.

Macon County has been the hardest-hit area in the state in a line of fatal storms that have killed dozens of people across the South.
