CRUGER, Miss. (AP) -- The bodies of two apparent stabbing victims found off a farm road near Cruger, Mississippi, this weekend have been identified.
Holmes County Sheriff Willie March says the two are 28-year-old Andreca Manning and 54-year-old Bobby Perry, of Jackson, Tennessee.
Their bodies were found Sunday morning by a turkey hunter.
March says evidence at the scene shows the two were stabbed elsewhere and the bodies dumped near the Montgomery plantation outside Cruger.
The sheriff said Perry's wife and Manning's mother were in Mississippi Monday and made the positive identifications.
Meanwhile, authorities said a car from Perry's auto sales business in Jackson had been found Saturday afternoon in a field in rural Leflore County.
Leflore County Sheriff Ricky Banks says the 2003 Cadillac was found by authorities responding to a call about a burning vehicle.
