PITTSBURGH (AP) -- A suburban Pittsburgh police chief says federal agents have seized about 20 guns and explosive devices from the home of a felon who can't legally possess weapons.
Franklin Township police chief Robert Morrison says authorities also found survival gear, body armor, police equipment, a military uniform, a firefighter's coat and false police identification.
Morrison says the man (Dean Huzinec) was arrested early yesterday with a loaded handgun in his waistband.
The chief says he doesn't believe the man meant to harm anyone but merely has a fascination with guns and law enforcement.
The suspect has a record that includes "seven or eight aliases" and has a felony record for a weapons charge.
Police also arrested a friend of the man, who has a record of felony drug possession.
