FORT BRAGG, N.C. (AP) -- The Ultimate Fighting Championship and Spike TV will host a fight at Fort Bragg to raise money for a treatment center for traumatic brain injuries.
All the money raised will go to a treatment center being built by the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund in Bethseda, MD.
According to the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, between 10 percent and 20 percent of Iraq veterans have suffered from the injury.
Spike TV said the three hour fight will air December 10. It will feature celebrity appearances and an all-star lineup of UFC fighters.
