NEW YORK (AP) -- It's been almost 11 years since the Sept. 11 terror attacks, and family members of some of the victims are preparing to watch via closed-circuit TV as the self-proclaimed mastermind and four co-defendants are arraigned at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Al Santora says he will watch Saturday's arraignment of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the others at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn. Santora and his wife, Maureen, lost their firefighter son Christopher at the World Trade Center.

Santora said he wants to bear witness that the Sept. 11 conspirators are brought to justice.

The men are expected to be arraigned on charges that include terrorism and murder.

Six victims' families chosen by lottery have traveled to Guantanamo to see the arraignment in person. It is not clear how many others will watch at military bases including Fort Hamilton and Fore Meade in Maryland.
