New Orleans, LA (WVLT) -- The party is in full swing in Louisiana as the final hours of Mardi Gras get underway.
It was an elaborate scene overnight on the streets in New Orleans. Fat Tuesday is hitting later than it has in 150 years! For some college students, it's also Spring Break. Many of them are celebrating down south for the event.
The enthusiasm they're seeing is expected to generate more than 300 million dollars for the city!
