(CBS News) A building near the World Trade Center site was evacuated Thursday after a suspicious package was detected in the mail room.
The NYPD confirmed a bomb squad was investigating a suspicious package discovered by security personnel at 2 World Financial Center.
The World Financial Center is a short distance west of the World Trade Center site.
