DECATUR, Texas (AP) — Denver police say they're confident the man killed after a shootout in Texas is the person suspected of killing a pizza deliveryman in Colorado.
However, investigators said Friday the investigation into Nathan Leon's death continues despite the capture of Evan Spencer Ebel in Texas.
Colorado investigators are also looking at whether Ebel, a former inmate, may have been involved in the killing of Colorado corrections chief Tom Clements.
