KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Rudy Giuliani will head back to New York City today after spending the night in a St. Louis hospital.
The Republican presidential hopeful was admitted for flu-like symptoms he experienced while on the campaign trail in Missouri yesterday. A campaign spokeswoman says "doctors found nothing of concern" and that Giuliani is in "high spirits." It's not clear when he'll be discharged.
Giuliani was on a New York-bound plane yesterday when he returned to a Missouri airport after talking to his personal doctor.
The former New York City mayor's schedule for today was already clear before the unexpected hospital stay.
