Ex-Opponent Bryant Stumps For Corker With Early Voting Under Way

Nashville (AP) -- Former Congressman Ed Bryant is campaigning for Republican US Senate Nominee Bob Corker.

Bryant lost to corker in a contentious GOP Primary in August.

Bryant, who also served as US Attorney, stumped with Corker Thursday in Bryant's former West Tennessee Congressional District with stops in Jackson, Humboldt and Lexington.

Meanwhile, the Corker campaign released a TV advertisement featuring Bryant touting Corker's background as mayor of Chattanooga.

Corker's opponent is Democratic Congressman Harold Ford Junior of Memphis.

Early voting is now under way, with the traditional Election Day November 7th.
