Duncan pays tribute to Pat Summitt on House floor

WASHINGTON (WVLT) -- Congressman John "Jimmy" Duncan, Jr. (R-TN) helped pay tribute to former Lady Vols head coach Pat Summitt on the floor of the House of Representatives on Wednesday.

Summitt resigned as UT's Head Coach last week and was quickly named Head Coach Emeritus.
