Two Nashville Employees Killed in Pizzeria Robbery

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Police say two workers at a Nashville pizzeria were killed during an armed robbery last night.

Authorities are searching for two men in the slayings of 33-year-old Chris Caris and 18-year-old Joshua Cole.

Police spokesman Don Aaron says four employees and one customer were inside Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders on White Bridge Road when the robbery occurred just before 10.

The two men ordered everyone to get down on the floor, then told Caris to get money from the office.

Caris was shot and died on the floor of the office. One of the suspects fired another shot, killing Cole.

The other two employees and the customer were not hurt.
