Pair Of East Tennessee Government Employees Indicted in Separate Cases

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- The Grundy County grand jury has returned indictments against two former government employees. The cases are separate.

The TBI says former Monteagle Fire Chief Dewayne Rollins faces a charge of theft over $1,000. The city fired Rollins last month and the TBI began an investigation.

In another case, the grand jury indicted Robert Tudors on charges of official misconduct and sexual contact with a jail inmate.

Tudors had been a correctional officer for the Grundy County Sheriff's Office.
