Woman Sought In Ark. Murder Investigation Waives Extradition

JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) -- A woman wanted for questioning in an Arkansas murder waived extradition in West Tennessee and is on her way back to Arkansas.

Toni Deann Boggs of Jacksonville, Ark., is wanted in connection with the slaying of 66-year-old Ray Edward Hart of Sherwood, Ark.

Hart was discovered dead in his mobile home on Nov. 21. The 36-year-old Boggs was arrested Wednesday near Jackson, Tenn.

Madison County Sheriff David Woolfork says she was released to Arkansas authorities Thursday morning after a court hearing.

The sheriff says Boggs is also charged in Arkansas with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
