KINGSPORT, Tenn. (AP) -- Two Kingsport women have been charged in a crash that killed one of the women's daughter last summer.

According to the Kingsport Times-News, a Sullivan County grand jury indicted 23-year-olde Ronisha Shaneen Dully and 27-year-old Keyonna Shanae Dulaney. Dully was arrested Wednesday and Dulaney surrendered July 2.

Dulaney's 7-year-old daughter, Jai Lesa Andreyo Dulaney, was killed in July 2011 when a car driven by Dully ran off Interstate 26 and hit a cable barrier, throwing the child through the rear window. Police said the girl was not in a booster seat and was not restrained.

Both women are charged with criminally negligent homicide, reckless homicide and reckless endangerment. They were released on bond after being booked at the Sullivan County Jail. A toddler who was restrained survived the crash.
