2nd teen arrested in contractor's slaying

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Memphis police have arrested a second teenager and charged him with killing a contractor working on a house.

Police say 16-year-old Corey Sandifer was arrested Sunday and charged with first degree murder and aggravated robbery. The other suspect in the case, 15-year-old Derek Cunningham, was arrested Saturday and faces charges of first degree murder and aggravated robbery.

Police say the pair robbed and shot 42-year-old J.P. Shelley while he was working on a house on Oct. 4.

Shelley was taken to The MED, initially in critical condition, but he later died from his injuries.
