NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT/AP) --Three homeless men are in jail after a fire broke out at a building in downtown Nashville.
The fire heavily damaged an unoccupied structure along Interstate 40.
A police officer arrested Gordon Nunziato, Thadford Hornsby and Terry Simpson as they tried to get on a bus.
Police said the men broke into the building around 11 p.m. Wednesday and started a fire to keep warm. Then they fell asleep.
The men were charged with reckless burning, trespassing and public intoxication.
