JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) -- For the first time, citizens are being asked to bring unused prescription drugs to the 32nd annual West Tennessee Health Fair in Jackson on Saturday.

The Jackson-Madison County Metro narcotics unit is encouraging disposal of the drugs at the fair at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.

There will be free screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, bone density and other items.

Additionally, a robot used in surgical procedures at the West Tennessee Healthcare system will be on display.
