Nashville police investigating murder-suicide

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Nashville police are investigating what they are calling a murder-suicide at a party over the weekend.

Police said two Clarksville men were found dead in a parking lot outside a Shriner's temple early Sunday morning.

According to a police report, 27-year-old Travis Otey and 29-year-old Stephane Collier got into a fight during a party inside the building.

Police said that Collier shot and killed Otey and wounded a third man, 54-year-old Lawrence Ballentine. Police said that Collier then shot and killed himself.

Ballentine was treated at a hospital for a gunshot wound to the leg.
