JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) -- The body of a Kingsport man has been found in Fort Patrick Henry Lake.
Police told WJHL-TV in Johnson City that fishermen spotted the body of 79-year-old W. Wayne Miller floating in the lake Saturday morning.
Miller was pronounced dead by the county coroner and police said he might have slipped and fallen into the lake at Warrior's Path State Park while on a walk.
TVA police had no available information about how long Miller's body might have been in the lake.
An autopsy is being performed, but foul play isn't suspected.
