Bodies of man, woman found in parked car

HUNTINGDON, Tenn. (AP) -- The TBI is investigating two deaths in West Tennessee as a murder-suicide.

A Huntingdon police officer found the bodies of 43-year-old Tony Gordon of Huntingdon and 46-year-old Euline Jenkins of Trezevant in a car on Thursday.

The Jackson Sun reported Huntingdon police said the car was parked in the backyard of a house.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Kristin Helm said Jenkins' family called police after not being able to contact her.

The bodies both bore gunshot wounds to the head. Autopsies are being performed.
