JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) -- Budding entrepreneurs in East Tennessee are eligible for a series of free and low-cost seminars to help them get started in business.
The seminars offered are "So You Want to Start a Business," "How to Become a Mobile Office," "Writing Your Business Plan," "Research for Business Planning" and "Franchising as a Career, Investment or Both."
They take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in October, beginning this Thursday.
They are offered through East Tennessee State University's Tennessee Small Business Development Center and take place both on the ETSU campus and in Elizabethton.
Registration is required for all classes.
