MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is scheduled to visit a Memphis library for an education session about the new health care marketplace.
Sebelius, U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen and Memphis Mayor A C Wharton Jr. are scheduled to visit the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library on Friday.
Cohen's office says they will meet with local Affordable Care Act enrollment partners before an outreach session with Memphis residents who want to enroll in the health care marketplace. They will speak with media afterward.
Problems with the health insurance website have led to frustration from citizens and criticism from members of Congress. At a congressional hearing Wednesday, Sebelius apologized to people trying to sign up, declaring that she is accountable for the failures but also defending the historic health care overhaul.
