Hendersonville fugitive arrested in Mississippi

BROOKHAVEN, Miss. (AP) -- A man wanted in Tennessee on a murder charge has been arrested in Lincoln County, Miss.

U.S. Marshal George White says in a news release that 27-year-old Randall Thomas Beaty was arrested this week in Brookhaven. White says Beaty had been living in a travel trailer at the home of a relative.

White says Beaty was being held in the Lincoln County jail pending his extradition to Tennessee.

He says Beaty is wanted in Henderson, Tenn., on charges of first-degree murder and child abuse.
