MORRISTOWN, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Morristown, Tenn. is set to host its first Fair in over 50 years. East Tennessee State Fair will be held at beautiful Cherokee Park August 13th- 17th.
Each night will consist of national acts such as Confederate Railroad, Black Stone Cherry, Skid Row, and Chris Cagle. Carnival rides, cakes and quilts are just a few things participants will enjoy this year.
Ticket costs are: ages 5-12 $5; 13 and up $10; and Reserved Section $15. Weekly passes are available for $65 and are limited. Daily tickets may be purchased at the gates for all shows. Reserved tickets will be on hand as well but are limited.
East Tennessee State Fair will begin Tuesday, Afternoon August 13, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. at Cherokee Park. Gates will open each day at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday is Food City Family Free Night and the gate is free. Saturday, August 17, 2013 the gates will open at 10:00 a.m.
