NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Metro Nashville Police say a man is accused of killing his brother with a sword several days before calling police.
The department said 33-year-old Charles Masters called 911 late Thursday night, to report there was a dead body in his apartment. Police found the body of 28-year-old Jordan Masters, the head partially severed.
