BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - A Blount County man accused of killing another man and trying to flee to Canada will be in court today.
30-year old Clinton Walton faces a homicide charge in connection with the death of 37-year-old Brian Fann.
Authorities found Fann dead in his Blair Loop Rd. home on February 10th.
Border authorities arrested walton a couple of days later trying to cross into Canada.
Walton also faces two charges of auto theft and is at the Blount County Detention Facility.
