LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT/WVLT) - A Laurel County hitchhiker faces charges after police say he urinated on a sidewalk.
Deputies say a woman picked up 41 year-old Norwin Elsasser early Tuesday morning, then dropped him off near the sheriff's office because he became belligerent. They say when he got out of the car, he urinated on the sidewalk, then jumped back in. Officials say a deputy saw the whole thing.
Deputies arrested him in front of the sheriff's office after a brief scuffle.
Elsasser is charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest, alcohol intoxication, and disorderly conduct. He was booked at the Laurel County Detention Center.
